KanzenApp

Refund Policy

Last updated: March 8, 2026

1. Refund Policy Overview

KanzenApp uses a refund policy that reflects actual service usage and operational costs.

Where partial refunds are offered, they are usually based on unused balances or billing errors rather than subjective dissatisfaction.

2. Partial Refunds Based on Usage

Partial refunds may be available when unused balances remain or when our billing logic clearly overcharged an account.

Refund calculation

  • Unused balances may be reviewed for partial refunds
  • Payment processors and banks may affect final processing time
  • Minimum refund thresholds may apply

3. Full Refunds

  • Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
  • Extended provider outages that make paid features unusable
  • Major service unavailability caused by our infrastructure

4. Infrastructure Reliability

We invest in high-availability infrastructure, but temporary disruptions can still happen. Refund decisions consider the duration and severity of the outage.

5. AI Output Limitations

Important

AI-generated output quality depends heavily on the instructions, constraints, and revisions you provide.

Because output quality is partly subjective, dissatisfaction alone does not automatically qualify for a refund.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed AI generations or consumed credits
  • Fees already paid to payment processors where non-recoverable
  • Accounts suspended for policy violations
  • Purchases outside the stated refund window

7. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact support with your account and purchase details.
  2. Describe the issue and why you believe a refund or adjustment is warranted.
  3. Allow us time to review logs, billing records, and provider responses.
  4. If approved, the refund is processed through the original payment method where possible.
